Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank at dawn Monday and broke into many homes. Israeli military sources said that 13 Palestinians were rounded up on suspicion of participating in anti-Israeli attacks. The Israeli radio said that five Palestinians were arrested in Nablus, three in Tulkarem, and the rest in Salfit, Ramallah, and Jenin. Palestinian sources said that the arrest campaign was coupled with forced entry into Palestinian homes and terrorizing women and children and inflicting material damage to those homes. Local sources told PIC reporter in occupied Jerusalem that Israeli security forces arrested a 12-year-old child from his home in Bustan suburb in Silwan town, south of the Aqsa mosque. They said that the occupation forces used police dogs in searching the house, which frightened women and children. They said that the father of the child Muslim Ode is a member in the committee for the defense of Bustan suburb, threatened with complete demolition by the Israeli occupation authority.
