Czech Republic Minister of Industry and Trade Milan Orban expressed his government`s readiness on Friday to participate in Iran`s peaceful nuclear plans. In meeting with a visiting Iranian majlis delegation, Orban expressed his ministry`s readiness to participate in implementing Iran`s nuclear plans and said,” Prague and Tehran should draw their future relations upon past good mutual ties”. He added Czech Republic is ready to expand its relations with Iran in different fields of economy and industry. Head of Iran`s Parliamentary delegation to Prague Hamid-Reza Haji-Babaei, for his part, expressed satisfaction over positive talks with Czech officials and also expressed hope that the visit could provide an appropriate ground for a detente in mutual ties. President Ahmadinejad during his speech in the UN General Assembly last September called for participation of other countries or foreign companies in Iran`s nuclear plans to build confidence on peaceful natures of these plans. Iran`s parliamentary delegation arrived in Prague, the capital of Czech Republic, on Monday for a five-day visit on an official invitation by Czech parliamentary friendship group. The delegation also met in Prague on Wednesday with Czech Prime Minister Jiri Paroubek. Iranian parliamentary delegation also conferred with Czech parliament speaker and vice-speaker and other senior Czech officials.
