More than 27 insurgents have surrendered to Syrian security forces in the vicinity of the Syrian Capital, Damascus. citing the Syrian TV Network, these insurgents laid down their arms and surrendered to security forces on Tuesday. These insurgents vowed to never again carry weapons and not to conduct any subversive operation, or any act that would harm the Syrian security and stability. Meanwhile, clashes erupted between the Syrian security forces and the terrorist outfits in northern Syria, on Tuesday, in which several terrorists were killed.
