Iran's President, who will attend the UN General Assembly as the representative of the Iranian nation and head of the Non-Align Movement (NAM), says his NAM presidency has added to his responsibility in New York this time. ahead of his departure for New York, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in Mehrabad Airport today that during his stay due consultations would be made for reforms in UN structure and establishment of contact group to end regional conflicts and violence in the region. He talked about expert meetings before the UN General Assembly between the country's officials and elites and said we will try to depict a bright future for human societies during the assembly days. President Ahmadinejad underlined that we should make due changes in the world management system if we wanted entitled progress. He stressed that without influence in international domain, one cannot achieve success and perfection. The Iranian president will attend expert meetings, discussion debate with representatives of different divine religions, separate meetings with social, political and anti-war groups, as well as Iranians residing in America and the UN General Secretary Ban Ki moon in New York.
